The Cornell family dedication to quality began in the early 1950's as Arlie Cornell owned and operated a dairy stand in the original Canton Arcade Market. Arlie had a determined work ethic and a commitment to quality, both in product and customer service. As the Arcade market business was winding down, Arlie sought a more desirable location. He chose the storefront property of Holgerns' Dairy, and in 1962 a Canton tradition was born.
Milk & Honey was a small traditional soda foutain serving a limited menu with an emphasis on decadent ice cream sundaes
Arlies wife and four children worked there with him making it truly a family establishment.
Known for large portions of quality food at reasonable prices, Milk & Honey's reputation grew.
Through the years Arlie expanded into other areas allowing his commitment to quality to be his quide. Milk & Honey began to offer some of the finest handmade chocolates in the area. Fresh roasted nuts, homamade fudge, and Brownies eventually followed.
Milk & Honey came under the ownership of the youngest son Dwayne after Arlie's retirement in 1988. Continuing the tradition of family and quality set forth by his fatherl.
The Cornell family strives to provide the finest products at reasonable prices. Still done the old fashioned way, often by hand, with attention to detail, Milk & Honey hopes to delight you now and for generations to come
